Neighbor From Hell caught trespassing and pulling what we thought was grass but then realized were plants growing in our yard! Who does this?!!!! 6/19 at approximately 8:45 p.m. She left her yard (she lives on the right see HER plants growing through her fence) walked over to our yard - up our steps - and decided to do some "maintenance" we were letting the plants grow to figure out what they were and now they're gone. The audacity?! This was malicious. This was planned....
